How to Bring Social Prescribing to Your Community
The more people who know about social prescribing, the more communities it can reach. Here's how to put your voice and your network to work.
01 Make an Introduction
Know a leader in healthcare, public health, higher education, or local government? We’d love to be introduced! Send an email to hello@socialrx.comwith a quick intro. We're especially interested in:
Hospital and health system leaders
Health insurance innovation teams
Public health officials and local government administrators
University health, counseling, and student life leaders

Know an arts, culture, or nature-based organization that serves the public? Point them to our Community Partners page. The bigger and more visible our Community Partner network is, the easier it is for healthcare organizations to see the types of engagements available, and have confidence that the community has the capacity to serve referred individuals.
