In 2026, SocialRx launched a partnership with Urban Health Plan in New York City. Urban Health Plan is one of the largest federally qualified health center systems in New York State, proudly serving communities in the Bronx, Corona, Queens, and Central Harlem. Founded in 1974 by Dr. Richard Izquierdo, the organization currently serves more than 89,000 patients.
