SocialRx has joined forces with Wellstar Health System to launch a social prescribing initiative aimed at enhancing heart health and mental well-being. Through this partnership, participants in Wellstar's "Live to the Beat" program are connected to community-based arts and cultural activities – such as music and movement – that address stress, loneliness, and hypertension. By integrating evidence-based creative engagement into care plans, the program seeks to reduce isolation and improve overall health outcomes for patients in Wellstar’s Community Health programs .
